Honoring Lives Lost, Building a Healthier Future

We commemorate the lives that have been lost due to the opioid crisis as we work together to put an end to the continued harm inflicted on our community and hold their legacy with us. Everyone deserves to age with dignity and respect.

This program is funded via Erie County through opioid settlement funds.

These funds support programs that align with opioid settlement terms for prevention, treatment, recovery and supportive services.
