PETER J. HOWELL

Senior Paralegal

Peter Howell is a Senior Paralegal at the Center for Elder Law & Justice in the Housing Unit.  He assists attorneys who represent clients in eviction proceedings and landlord/tenant disputes.  He has an MBA from the University at Buffalo and an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate from Daemen University, where he sits on the Advisory Committee to the Paralegal Program.  Outside of his work at the Center for Elder Law & Justice, Mr. Howell is a housing advocate and has presented numerous times to the Buffalo Common Council’s Legislation Committee on housing-related issues.
