Margarita (Maggy) Rivera-Rusch is a Staff Paralegal at Center for Elder Law & Justice in the Housing & Immigration Units. She assists attorneys who represent clients in a variety of matters, including eviction proceedings, landlord/tenant disputes, and foreclosure actions. Maggy graduated with her Criminal Justice & Business Degree, and is fluent in Spanish. She has worked as a Paralegal in Western New York for the last 20 years.
