HELEN J. FERRARO-ZAFFRAM

Managing Attorney

Helen is the managing attorney at the Center for Elder Law & Justice, where she handles Article 81 Guardianship matters and health related issues. Helen graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York where she received her B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology. She received her J.D. from St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri. She serves as a Community Liaison on the Ethics Committee of the Erie County Medical Center Corporation and has been a member of the Health Law Committee of the Medical Society of Erie County for a number of years. Helen served on the Board of the National Guardianship Association and chaired the Education Committee of that organization.
